Ilias Damis
He was born in Tripoli, Arcadia, in 1968. He studied law at the Dimokriteio University of Thrace. He practices law in Athens since 1992. He has obtained the Postgraduate Certificate of the Tax Seminar (ELKEPA) in 1997. He has participated in major projects including the New Akropolis Museum, the Parking Stations Concession Projects (Athens, Piraeus, Volos, Thessaloniki), the new Panathinaikos stadium in Votanikos and the new National Opera and National Library, at the Athens Faliron Delta. He specializes in expropriations, real estate, planning and zoning, public private partnerships and construction and he regularly advises and litigates in a wide variety of related issues and disputes. He has been actively involved in the restructuring of major businesses and private and public industries (mergers, spin-offs, transformations etc). He speaks English and French.
